WHAT IS THE PRICE OF A GOWN & CAN I BUY DIRECTLY?

Retail pricing is at the discretion of each store and can alter dependening upon their location's taxes, overheads etc. We do not sell directly to brides, so please contact the store nearest you.

THERE IS A PARTICULAR GOWN I WANT TO TRY ON, BUT NONE OF THE STORES I CALL HAVE THE GOWN IN STORE. WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

Our retailers carry a great selection of our gowns and although store owners choose new styles to add to their in store selection each season it is impossible to carry the entire collection. Should they not have the particular style you were interested in, there are a few options:

Our ‘On Loan’ service – Available samples are shipped for an appointed time to the store of your choice at a fee per gown to cover freight and cleaning – please be aware that this is usually on-charged by the store.

Designer Days/Trunk Show events – see Events. Check for an event in your region and call to check your desired style will be in store for you to try on.

If you are still unable to try your style, we recommend trying on a sister/similar style (either silhouette or neckline) to ensure the fit and styling is for you.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?

Catalogues are available through our authorised retailers. You may collect one from in store or have them mail this to you. Our collections are also available on our 'collections' pages:

Our regular size lines Roz la Kelin DIAMOND & PEARL are
US 02 - 28 / AU 06 - 32. Our curvy/fuller figure line

Roz la Kelin GLAMOUR PLUS is sized US 12 - 44 / AU 16 - 48.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

Our standard delivery time is 16 – 20 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on the style. Some styles may be in stock, on an order coming in or for a fee can be pushed through express.

CAN I PURCHASE MY GOWN ONLINE?

Authentic Roz la Kelin gowns are not available to purchase Online and can only be purchased through an Authorized Retailer.
