“The flowers were the wow moment. We had thousands of white stems and flowers all around the entire venue. We made sure that we didn’t do much color to throw off the balance of winter – so its uniformly white all around. Candle light provided a ton of accent – and also a few sparkles as well. We had tea lights adorning white blooming quince branches and mercury glass as metallic accents to pull it all together. I have never seen such a beautiful display.”
“We loved the idea of a “”naked”” cake – we needed to be different – and this surely was. Were not big on sweets – so we wanted a big TASTE factor – our cake was apple pie flavored to keep with the Manhattan thematic – and it was a huge hit!”
